在新加坡舉行的美朝峰會圓滿結束，美國 Donald Trump 和北韓金正恩「終於可以互相理解了」，為了慰勞在場記者們，獲認證的記者可以獲得一份禮品包，但是禮品包裡面其中一份禮物卻引起記者們的關注。
禮品包似是峰會東道主新加坡慰勞記者的小禮物，原因是充滿了新加坡的「宣傳廣告」，裡面包括新加坡海峽時報贊助印有 Donald Trump 和金正恩頭像的蒸餾水和撥扇、一份聖淘沙旅遊指南，以及一個估計是連接手機或電腦用的 mini-USB 迷你風扇。

不過，記者們只對一把 mini-USB 迷你風扇有興趣，雖然現在絕大部分手機都是用 microUSB 或 Lightning，但記者們紛紛質疑這把 mini-USB 迷你風扇內置什麼木馬和惡意軟件，千萬不要連接到電腦之中，否則你的個人資料甚至媒體的機密也可能洩漏，有記者甚至建議送這把小風扇到鄰近的保安專家檢查。

幸好，美朝峰會送的是 mini-USB 迷你風扇，而且 mini-USB 早已被淘汰已久，受影響的裝置有限，但如果送的是 micro-USB 或 Lightning 迷你風扇，問題更大了。2016 年我們流動日報報導過這類從其他裝置取電的迷你風扇會令到連接的裝置出現無法充電、裝置變磚、裝置發熱等等不同程度的問題，令 micro-USB 或 Lightning 迷你風扇不適宜連接手機或平板電腦使用。
