踏進 2023 年，微軟向 Beta 測試者發佈 Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.1095 及 Build 22623.1095 (KB5022364)。這次升級的重點是新的 Start Menu Search Box 設計有更大的改變，那就是變成圓角，之前是方角。而微軟將 Quick Assist 從 Windows Tools 的資料夾中移出來，讓用戶可以從 Start Menu 的 All Apps 中更易找出來。
另外，新的 Insider Preivew 版中，用戶可在 Windows Update 選擇是否要安裝 .NET Framework 更新。外界預期，今年首個 Windows 11 重點更新會在 2023 年 2 月或 3 月進行，
